This Cookie Policy explains how Arvapaly LLC (“Arvapaly”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on our public marketing website at arvapaly.com (the “Site”). It is meant to work together with our Privacy Policy. We reviewed the Site’s HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as deployed in our project: we do not set first-party cookies or use localStorage or sessionStorage in our own scripts. We also do not load third-party analytics or advertising scripts (such as Google Analytics or advertising pixels) in the current Site templates.
Technology changes; your browser or extensions may store data independently. Third-party services you reach when following links from our Site are governed by their own policies.
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include, for example, pixels and certain types of local storage. They can be first-party (set by the site you visit) or third-party (set by another domain, such as a font provider).
Our Site’s own JavaScript does not write analytics or marketing cookies and does not use browser localStorage or sessionStorage in the codebase we maintain. Server-side scripts we use for form handling do not start PHP sessions or set cookies for the early access endpoint described in our documentation.
Your hosting provider or infrastructure may record standard server logs (for example IP address and request time). That is not the same as a cookie stored in your browser; see our Privacy Policy for how we treat personal data.
Our stylesheet loads web fonts from Google Fonts via fonts.googleapis.com and related Google domains. Your browser requests CSS and font files from Google. Google may process connection data according to its own policies. You can read more here: Google Privacy Policy and Google Fonts FAQ.
If you block third-party requests or use strict privacy settings, fonts may fall back to system typefaces; the Site should remain usable.

Contact and early access flows may send data over HTTPS to our server or to an email helper you configure. Submitting a form does not, by itself, require us to place a cookie in your browser for that action in our current implementation.
If we add cookies, analytics, advertising technology, or similar tools to the Site, we will update this Cookie Policy and, where required by law, obtain consent before using non-essential cookies.
